Who is behind Healthy Spaces, LLC? I am Mark Frillici, the owner of Healthy Spaces. I have been in construction since the age of 19, working on projects ranging from multi-storied commercial buildings to creating new homes from the foundation up. I have learned a lot from my previous employers and colleagues. So, in 2006, I established Healthy Spaces, LLC; my focus was to help homeowners and businesses combat water damage and mitigate mold issues. My background in construction allows me to properly understand, troubleshoot, and solve water infiltration and moisture problems anywhere within a building. We handle everything from basement waterproofing, foundation reconstruction, and water drainage system installation to attic mold remediation and interior demolition. I will oversee all projects in your home or office to ensure accurate diagnosis of issues and successful implementation of solutions. I have great pride in the company I created and the work that my team and I do!

The Importance of Certifications
In New York State, you must be legally certified to assess and mitigate mold in homes and businesses. This requirement ensures that Mold Assessment, Remediation, or Abatement Specialists have the necessary training and experience to perform their work effectively, protecting the home or building owner. The law prevents fraud by requiring the assessment and remediation on the same property to be performed by different individuals not employed by the same company.
At Healthy Spaces, you can either work directly with us and choose from our recommended Mold Assessors or select your own Mold Assessor. We’ll collaborate with you and the assessor to understand the assessment and find the best solution.
